Victor est porté disparu ! La dernière chose que l'on a de lui est cette photo de son hôtel. Pensez-vous être capable de le retrouver ?

Solution

When you have an image you need to examine, it's always interesting to look at the EXIF information. You can view it with online tools such as Jimpl.

And we are lucky because the EXIF contains a lot of information, notably the location of where the picture was taken.

Then I went on Google Maps to zoom in and see if I could find a hotel nearby. It was indeed the case and thus this was the flag.
